DONATION TIER & INCLUSIONS
What is a pre-order donation tier?
It's an advanced purchase of our tier sets that includes more items and you get to pick your member of choice. The donation tier helps us fund this event and any future events.Donation tier inclusion will be available for pick up on the day of the event. We highly encourage you to purchase a drink during your visit to support our local stores.Are the photocards official?
Photocards in Donation Tier inclusion are not official; they are fan-made photocards. Unless noted otherwise.If we have photocards or trading card packs as a raffle prize, these are official goods. Unless noted otherwise.Can I purchase more than one pre-order set?
Absolutely! Be sure to submit multiple forms based on the number of sets you want to buy and each as a separate payment. Each pre-order set will give you an extra raffle ticket.Can I also claim the walk-in set if I purchase a donation tier?
This event is strictly 1:1 - meaning 1 cupsleeve for 1 drink. If you purchased more than one drink but only purchased one donation tier, you may claim walk-in set(s) for the rest of the drink you purchased.You do not need to purchase multiple drinks if you purchased multiple donation tier.Can I buy the donation tier in-person or the inclusion separately?
If we have any tier sets left from the pre-order, absolutely!! Similarly, if we have any inclusion remaining this will be available for purchase. We will have a for-sale table by our host table. Please note, availability is not guaranteed.

What will be at the event?
We have plenty of activities planned for you to enjoy: photocard trading, vendors, photo ops, photocard deco station, raffles and of course drinks! It's also a great time to meet fellow engene/czennie/nevies.Can I sell at the event?
Selling is only permitted to authorized vendors. You are welcome to utilize our event as a meet-up spot for any items you sold/purchased prior to the event.Interested in become a vendor? Please fill out the vendor interest form on our Linktree.Will you be having top loaders for the deco station?
We will have a limited number of top loaders available for free at a first come first serve basis, limited to one per person. Additional top loaders available for purchase $1 each. We encourage you to bring your own in case we ran out of top loaders.Please ask host for the top loader if you would like to have one.Are you looking for any volunteers?

Can you mail the donation tier inclusions?
Absolutely! Please dm us on Instagram to inquire further. Shipping fee starts at $5, depending on your location. Only available for USA addresses.If an unforeseen circumstance prevents me from attending the event after purchasing a donation tier for pick-up, what are my options?
We understand that emergency can happen! You may ask someone else to pick up the item for you if they let us know your pick-up name and order.Additionally, we can discuss a possibility to ship your item at your expense or possibly hold your donation tier and arrange an in-person meet up at The Source OC the following weekend. Please dm us the day-of event if emergency arises and no one is available to pick up your tier inclusion.
